Shipping policy

We ship via Canada Post if you are outside our local area. For local orders, we offer free drop off to Lumby, Vernon, Armstrong and Kelowna. The minimum for this is $30.

What is our return policy?

We do not accept returns as this is a food item. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us, we will do everything we can to make it right for you.

Custom Orders

If you've got something that you would like to get freeze dried, get in touch. Whether it's the best chilli ever, or you want to preserve some of the fruit from your backyard we would love to hear from you. At this time, we are not going to do freeze dried breast milk.
